When I was doing Tū Māia, I was in a different department, so I was in the Comms team and there I could use quite a few things because I was able to go and interview people and do things and write stories and I I used a few things there. For example, I did a wellbeing series on Te Pae on our intranet where I interviewed people who were part of the group that did the karakia, organised the karakia so I could understand more about karakia and what the what it is and and how it works for people and why it is beneficial and why it supports wellbeing. You know things like this. It is an eye-opening experience that it will change the view you have on pretty much everything.
It's it's like a different worldview. It's an a window opening into a different world. Really. It was impacting me on a personal level and this it is a safe space so we are all colleagues there and we support each other. We supported each other and there were lots of tears and there was lots of of yeah, personal, personal experiences.
