So I think I definitely learned how to apply the values of Oranga Tamariki in the workplace. So by you know, communicating with integrity and just showing aroha and just living the values more than maybe I would have done, so I think Tū Māia has really opened that up with all the learnings that they've done with the online hui, even the journal entries have helped. Yeah, I'd recommend anybody and everyone to attend this kaupapa. It's so worthwhile. It enriches your mahi, your personal life and strengthens your relationships with your your work kaimahi as well. Also just identifying also your skills and your attributes because you don't always have time to sit and really think about that, to have deeper understanding for that. So that's been really, really good for me.
